Email forwarding allows you to create an email address for the express purposes of forwarding message to another address. Setting this up through version 3 of the Helm Control Panel is quite easy.

Log into your HELM control panel.

Click on the Domains icon.

Click on the Domain for which you would like to setup email forwarding.

Click on the Email Forwarding icon.

As you can see, there are currently no email forwards established for this domain. Click Add New.

Enter the email address you would like to set the forward from. This would need to be a non-existing email address. For the purposes of this article, we will use the ‘admin’ address. The ‘Forwarding To’ address is the email address which mails will automatically be forwarded to. For the purposes of this article, we will use ‘email@example.com’. Once the information is entered, click Save.

You can see the forward is now active, and all mail sent to the initial address will be automatically forwarded to the specified address.
