How To FTP with FlashFXP. (and disable PASV mode)

Click the 'Connect' button on the top right side and go to 'Quick Connect'. You should now see the quick connect dialog box. This is where you enter your web hosting account information.

Click on the 'Toggles' tab. Uncheck 'Use passive mode'.

Once you are connected, you'll notice a directory named 'wwwroot' on the right hand side of the window, this directory is where all of your website files should be placed in order for them to be seen when you type in http://yourdomain.com.

Another directory named 'db' is where you will place any .bak files of databases that you would like restored, or where we will place any requested .bak files.

And lastly, the directory named 'logs' is where your website access logs are kept.
