For shared hosting customers:

Restoring a database backup:

1) Log into the Database Control Panel: http://control.si-eios.com/

2) Create the database and users associated with the database through the Database HELM Control Panel.

3) Upload the .bak of the Database in your 'db' folder.

4) Create a ticket through our website (http://unity.ServerIntellect.com/) giving the location of the .bak file and which database you would like restored.

5) We will perform the database restore and notify you of its completion.

Creating a database backup:

1) Log into the Unity Customer Portal http://unity.ServerIntellect.com

2) Create a support ticket requesting a backup of your database.

3) Please provide all database information such as IP, database name, User, and password to speed up the process.

Backups

By default we configure the backup client to backup your entire server twice daily. You may edit the backup schedule to backup certain partitions and/or drives.
